Kings Avenue Station is a master planned project lead by developer Michael Balanky. Started in 2005, this  project is  the result of a successful Public/Private partnership with the Jacksonville Transit Authority and Chase Properties of Jacksonville. Phase I consists of a twin flag Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites containing 230 upscale and extended stay rooms.

Phase II is currently planned for a mid-to-high rise  mixed use project contiguous to the Kings Avenue Parking Garage and the twin flag hotel site.
