San Marco Place finished construction in 2007 after successfully selling out the entire 141 units in less than 90 days. This urban in-fill mixed use development features a 21 story luxury condominium located in the heart of the Southbank of Jacksonville, Florida.

Features include breathtaking river views of the St. Johns River from over 90% of the 141 units, 3 levels of under-building parking, both a tennis court and pool on the 4th level, jacuzzi, fitness center, billiard room, hobby shop, dry saunas and additional private residential storage spaces. Adjoining the luxury condomiunium tower is 7300sf of retail and office space built out on the first floor of the building.

In 2012, Chase Properties was given a National Award of Excellence from the Urban Land Institute recognizing their efforts for their urban infill development of luxury condominiums in downtown Jacksonville. This project was accomplished through a strategic partnership with the city of Jacksonville. By approving a progressive tax rebate package for the development which completely eliminates all risk to the taxpayers, the City of Jacksonville signaled its desire to move away from traditional incentive programs for downtown housing developments.
