This urban in-fill waterfront site is situated on Fiddlers Creek and offers spectacular views of the St. Johns river. It is owned by Jacksonville Harbor Limited Partnership. Chase Properties was selected to secure the entitlements, design and development of a mixed use retail and condominium development. In 2016, the project was sold to Atlanta-based developer, Chance Partners, who redeveloped the site into 228 apartments.
