Former Reddi Arts Site
Chase Properties purchased Reddi Arts in 2019 for an adaptive reuse of the arts supply store, which is Jacksonville's retail store of its kind. This urban infill project was taken through the Downtown Development Review Board and approved to demolish portions of the existing 23,000 sf building to make way for a new restaurant building and surface parking. Additionally, the "warehouse" building was designed to be saved and converted into 6,000 sf of retail/restaurant with outdoor seating. Chase Properties successfully assisted the Reddi Arts owners by finding new operators to run the Reddi Arts business in a new location in Springfield. In 2021, the project was sold to a new owner/developer.
