This urban in-fill waterfront site was purchased, entitled and designed by Michael Balanky and partners as a 76 unit luxury condominium project with 36 boat slips and a water sports facility  on Goodby's Creek. The project has completed and sold out the first two Phases and is under construction on Phase III.
